He grabs this huge pig type beast holding a spear and shield He said where is this!!??

The pig guard pointed to a map store then threw Vegeta into a brick wall.

When it cleared the pig guards weird looking boots lay on the floor with the feet hooves in them ,Vegeta picked up 1 of the boots and pulled out the large hoov and smiled, there was 1 thing he still had it was his appetite.
